Wild Train es un suplemento formulado con diferentes compuestos, que contribuyen a optimizar y mantener el rendimiento durante la práctica deportiva.

Wild Train ha sido diseñado específicamente, para ser tomado durante el entrenamiento.

Aunque tradicionalmente se han empleado las bebidas intra-entrenamiento en deportes de resistencia, también aportan múltiples beneficios en la práctica de deportes de fuerza.

Especialmente, cuando realizamos entrenamientos exigentes, demandantes o muy intensos, si duran más de 1 hora, pueden ser un aliado para mantener el rendimiento.

La composición de Wild Train y sus propiedades.

Maltodextrina y ciclodextrina.

Wild Train contiene 2 fuentes distintas de hidratos de carbono,

Cuando realizamos entrenamientos en el gimnasio los carbohidratos son la principal fuente de energía empleada.

Los depósitos de glucógeno almacenado en nuestros músculos e hígado, son gastados. Su reposición mediante el consumo de carbohidratos será clave para una óptima recuperación y rendimiento próximo.

Aminoácidos esenciales + cisteína y tirosina.

Los aminoácidos esenciales son aquellos que el organismo no puede sintetizar y deben ser ingeridos mediante la alimentación o suplementación.

Los aminoácidos esenciales son fundamentales para poder llevar a cabo la síntesis de proteínas y favorecer el crecimiento muscular. Además, contribuyen a al manejo de la fatiga y la recuperación.

La formulación de aminoácidos esenciales más la adición de cisteína y tirosina ha sido directamente sacada de la evidencia científica.

Sodio.

El aporte de electrolitos como el sodio favorecerá el proceso de hidratación. Los electrolitos son eliminados a través del sudor durante la práctica deportiva. Es importante reponerlos en proporciones con el objetivo de mantener la homeostasis de los fluidos corporales, lo cual es clave para una correcta producción de fuerza.
