What is olive oil?

Talking about olive oil in Spain seems unnecessary. It is clear that it is one of the most remarkable assets for all people for many reasons. It is even counted to be classified as part of the "Superfoods. We know that it can offer enormously for both health and sports performance. What is the difference between virgin oil and extra virgin oil?

Extra virgin olive oil is obtained from fresh, cold-pressed olives, while ordinary olive oil is a blend, including either cold-pressed or processed oils. Cold-pressed oils that do not meet extra virgin oil standards are refined to rid them of undesirable impurities, giving the oil a more neutral flavor and lighter color.

What are flavored oils?

HOW CAN I TASTE THE OIL?

One way is by cold infusion and the other (you guessed it) is by hot infusion. To prepare the aroma oils, you can use a grinder/crusher to grind herbs, perhaps even crush them, then steep in your oil of choice until the flavors meld. Once the infusion is complete, properly strain the oil and store it in the fridge. That's it!
