    Buenas tardes Oscar David,

    Debes tomar el suplemento los días que tengas actividad física, de esta manera evitarás la pérdida de minerales mediante la sudoración. No habría ningún inconveniente en tomarla durante el entrenamiento o unos minutos antes de iniciar la actividad física. La toma correcta sería en el entrenamiento o justo antes de comenzar el entrenamiento, debido a que en el entrenamiento es cuando se van a ir perdiendo minerales y con los salts se va a evitar esa pérdida.
